 ave got you feeling down\, then put a little spring in your step with a cr
 aft project. This month Library Assistant Rachel Keirns-Moore will be lead
 ing a Crafternoon project where participants can create a fairy jar lanter
 n. All materials will be provided. All you need to do is install the fairy
  inside and decorate the outside of the jar! Children are welcome to parti
