DESCRIPTION:Business Showcase: Exhibitor Information Thank you for your par
 ticipating in the Business Showcase\, on Friday\, September 17th during th
 e Wyandot County Fair. We are excited to have you join us for fun-filled e
 vent. Below is important information to help everyone enjoy the event\, pr
 event disappointment and keep everyone informed. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 1. 
 Event Promotion: The Chamber of Commerce has promoted the Business Showcas
 e with an ad in the Fair book and there have been several Facebook posts\,
  some boosted and emails about the event as well. We are expecting a good 
 crowd. Please be sure to like and share. 2. Location: You will be pre-assi
 gned an exhibitor space. Please honor your reserved spot. 3. Entering the 
 Fairgrounds: You will need to purchase a day pass if you do not have a Fai
 r pass to get onto the fairgrounds. $7 Adults & $4 Children. 4. Access: Yo
 u may enter the fairgrounds with a vehicle until from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a
 .m. to unload at the doors. Be courteous to others by unloading then parki
 ng to give others the same opportunity. Gates lock at 10:00. Arriving afte
 r 10:00 you will need to handcart your display to the Masters Building. Yo
 u are welcome to drop off early as the Chamber staff will always be on han
 d. 5. Expo runs from 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. No vehicles are permitted back on t
 he fairgrounds after the Showcase concludes. Due to activities in front of
  the Masters Building. Please plan to use a handcart. 6. Gift Bags: We wil
 l distribute 100 gift bags to adult attendees. If you have items to includ
 e in the bags\, the deadline is Wednesday\, September 15 to the Chamber of
 fice\, 108 E Wyandot Avenue\, Upper Sandusky\, OH 43351. Business Showcase
  Exhibitor Info 7. We have attempted to accommodate everyone's requests an
 d needs for the event. If you have any concerns\, please direct them to Am
 anda or Hannah at 419.294.3349\, every effort will be made to make this a 
 great event for everyone. If you have questions or concerns the day of the
  event\, please call or text Amanda at 419.208.0852 8. Door Prizes: The Ch
 amber did not solicit for a grand prize or a visitor’s punch card. This 
 decision was made to keep the cost down and prevent interruptions to quali
 ty conversations. We do however highly recommend that you consider your au
 dience and offer your gift\, drawing or similar audience attraction token 
 that best meets your needs at your own table. 9. Setup: Only tables will b
 e set up. There will be access to chairs and you may utilize as many as ne
 cessary. 10. Table coverings are NOT provided\, be sure to plan your prese
 ntation accordingly. Round tables may be substituted as the Masters only h
 as 32 long tables. 11. Please plan to stay until 3:00 p.m. Those who break
  down early will not be asked to return. 12. At the end of the event\, ple
 ase break down your tables and place on the provided carts. This helps exp
