SUMMARY:Back to the 80s - Live Theatre Production
LOCATION:(740) 383-2101 | marionpalace.org\, Marion Palace Theatre 276 W Ce
 nter St Marion\, OH 43302
DESCRIPTION:Hold on to your hover boards\, we’re taking a trip back to th
e eighties! When modern teen Mary Fitzfry gets sent back in time by an ecc
entric professor\, she finds herself in the middle of a totally tubular ca
valcade of 80s pop culture. There are a lot of familiar faces\, from the t
eens in breakfast-time detention to the guys chasing ghosts and dancing zo
mbies\, but the biggest surprise of all is Mary’s own protective mom as
a teen. Turns out she’s actually kind of rad. Don’t miss out on this a
dventure that takes you from the mall where everything happens\, to a subu
rban sitcom street\, to a cave under the high school. Performed by a cast
of local youth\, BACK TO THE EIGHTIES is directed by Emily Yaksic. Auditio
ns will take place on December 14 and 15\, 2021. Sponsored by Pillar Credi
 t Union.\n\nhttps://www.wyandotchamber.com/events/20629
