DESCRIPTION:Spring is officially here\, and Wyandot County Public Health is
  ready to celebrate with a program on gardening at 6:00 p.m. on April 6 at
  the Upper Sandusky Community Library in the large meeting room. Gardening
  supports a healthy mind and body with opportunities for exercise and rela
 xation\, fresh air\, vitamin D\, and a chance to grow healthy foods on you
 r own. The health department?s gardening committee\, which helps maintain 
 the community garden on the corner of Hicks Street and South Sandusky Aven
 ue in Upper Sandusky\, will discuss tips and tricks for growing healthy fo
 ods at home and in community spaces. Garden committee members that will be
  speaking are Molly Owens\, who also serves in the environmental health di
 vision\, and Hanna Fox who serves in both the WIC (Women\, Infants\, Child
 ren) and vital statistics divisions. Also joining the discussion is Patric
 ia Anderson\, the education specialist at the Wyandot County Recycling Cen
 ter and Solid Waste Management District. Anderson will share information a
 bout composting and ways recycling can benefit a garden. Learn about the b
 est ways to plan for and start your own garden to grow fresh food for your
