A student leadership experience rooted in Wyandot County
Emerging Leaders connects students with local leaders, workplaces, community partners, and mentors while helping them understand how they can make an impact close to home.
County connections
Participants learn through local businesses, organizations, civic partners, mentors, and community visits.
Student-led capstone
Students work together on a community project and final presentation that puts leadership practice into action.
Real-world growth
The program emphasizes leadership, communication, problem-solving, public speaking, emotional intelligence, teamwork, ethics, and civic engagement.

Emerging Leaders is open to high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Students can join the interest list to receive updates, opportunities, and next steps as the first session approaches.
