Program overview
Leadership Wyandot equips emerging and experienced leaders with the tools to grow professionally, think strategically, and lead with purpose.
Each session takes participants inside the industries, institutions, and civic systems that shape local life, turning county knowledge into stronger relationships and practical leadership insight.
Class experience
The inaugural class is learning through site visits, local history, hands-on leadership exercises, and conversations with people shaping Wyandot County.

Class size is limited to 25 participants.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until the class is full.
Leadership Wyandot runs one full day each month from January through September, generally on the second Thursday of each month from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Orientation and graduation are scheduled separately and communicated in advance.
