About this event
Senior Health and Fitness Day - to raise awareness of eating healthy and the long term benefits of a regular exercise program.
9:30, WFIN Phone Club Program, live at facility, along with Liz Smith from the OSU Extension Office. Liz will demonstrate light and healthy cooking tips.
There will be a Tai Chi demonstration as well.
The morning will conclude with a healthy lunch courtesy the nursing center.
RSVPs are requested - on or before May 19.
