FREE ADMISSION
Aisle displays sold by the square foot –
                Prime display space -  $8 psf    (corners, main aisle, connector aisle – 29 available- see aisle map)
                Regular display space  -  $7 psf  (east/west/north aisles - 45 available – sizes vary –see aisle map)
 
Major intersection displays – 2 available - 21 x 15 (315 sq ft)                     
                $3680   includes electric and 40 commercials on each station at the following co-op rates:
                                WFIN - $34          WKXA - $39         WBUK - $19      (Rates are net to station)
                     Or      $2520  plus 40 commercials at $29 GFHS combo net rate
                               
Weekend store rental – 5 available – Sizes vary

Table displays in aisles off Kelly’s Corner and in Kelly’s Kitchen
                $175  (63  total available –37 aisle tables and 26 tables in Kelly’s Kitchen)
             6 foot tables are provided.  Table covers recommended.  Limited supply available.
             Total table exhibit space is limited to the table top and 6 feet of depth including table
 
110v electric available in designated locations - $25     No 220v electric available.    Free Wi-Fi available.

 Home Show (GFHS) advertising rates – 30-second commercials  - Any exhibitor qualifies*
                *For store and major intersection exhibitors, rates apply to ads over and above the required 40
WFIN - $11      WKXA - $13    WBUK - $5      (COMBO NET= $29)
Add $3 per station for :60-second commercials   (COMBO NET= $38)
GFHS commercial purchases available upon contract signing through March 30, 2015
GFHS commercials must be used between January 1, 2015 and June 30, 2015
GFHS commercials scheduled Mon-Sun, 6a thru 12 midnight, equal rotation.
 
Set up:   Thurs, Feb. 26  6 am – 9:30 am  & 9 pm - 11 pm / Fri, Feb. 27   6 am – 9:30 am / Sat, March 1  6  am – 9:30 am
Tear down:  Sunday, March 1   6 pm to 8 pm / Monday, March 2   7 am to 9:30  am    No early teardown.
 
Fork lift and electric carts available during delivery/removal hours only.  
IMPORTANT:  EXHIBITOR PLEASE READ AND INITIAL THIS PAGE
All exhibitors must carry insurance.  Blanchard River Broadcasting, Inc (dba WFIN/WKXA/WBUK) carriesonly liability insurance. WFIN/WKXA/WBUK is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Location requests granted based upon space and electric availability.  BRB reserves the right to relocate any exhibit within the common areas (aisles) as circumstances warrant.  Contract cancellations after Jan. 31, 2015 will be billed half of show contract total. 
BRB exercises sound judgment as it pertains to personal situations.
Liability & Insurance –
  1. The Exhibitor shall obtain and maintain at its own expense a comprehensive general liability and all risk property insurance policy acceptable to BRB for the period commencing on the first move-in date and terminating on the last move-out date.  The policy shall name Blanchard River Broadcasting (BRB), its parent corporation, subsidiaries, and all affiliated companies as additional insured and insure the exhibitor against all claims of any kind arising from or in any way connected with the Exhibitor’s presence or operations at the Greater Findlay Home Show (GFHS).  At the request of BRB, the Exhibitor shall provide BRB with a copy of such policy
  2. The Exhibitor is responsible to insure its own exhibit, personnel, display and materials from any damage or loss through theft, fire, accident, or other cause and accepts all risks associated with the use of the exhibit space and its environs.  The Exhibitor shall not make any claim or demand or take any legal action, whatsoever, against BRB, its parent corporation, subsidiaries, all affiliated companies, and/or the GFHS sponsors, for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused, to the Exhibitor, its officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees or their respective property.
  3. Neither BRB nor the facility will assume liability for loss for damage, through any cause, of equipment, products, goods, exhibits, or other materials owned, rented or leased by the Exhibitor.
Exhibitor Covenants –
  1. The Exhibitor agrees to (I) obey all laws, by-laws, ordinances and regulations governing the use of the facility and operation of the GFHS, (II) abide by the rules and regulations of the city, fire and police departments and any other government or regulatory body having authority to regulate the facility and the GFHS, and (III) obey all laws, including those pertaining to health and safety, consumer protection and protection of visitors of the GFHS.
  2. The Exhibitor agrees to obtain, at its own expense, any licenses or permits which are required for the operation of its trade or business during the GFHS and to pay all taxes, including applicable sales tax, of any nature or kind that may be levied against it as a result of the operation of its trade or business in its contracted space.
Blanchard River Broadcasting (BRB) Rights –
  1. BRB will not discriminate in any way on the basis of race, gender, or ethnicity with regards to its advertising packages. 
  2. BRB reserves the right, in its sole and unfettered discretion to (I) determine the eligibility of Exhibitors and exhibits for the GFHS,
 (II) reject or prohibit exhibits or Exhibitors which BRB considers objectionable, inappropriate, disruptive, or offensive to BRB, other Exhibitors or GFHS attendees, (III) change or modify the layout of the GFHS and/or relocate exhibits or Exhibitors, (IV) cancel, in whole or in part; or (V) change the date, location and duration of the GFHS; without any liability to BRB.
Assignment and Subletting –
  1. The Exhibitor shall not assign any rights or sublet space under this license agreement without the prior written permission of BRB, which permission may be withheld in BRB’s sole discretion.
Indemnification –
  1. The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BRB and the facility (Findlay Village Mall), their representatives and employees, against all claims, losses, liability, damages (including legal fees and expenses), costs and charges of every kind resulting from (I) its occupancy of the exhibit space and/or its environs, (II) the use of equipment or devices furnished to or used by the Exhibitor or other persons in connection with the GFHS, and (III) personal injuries, death, property damages or any other damage        sustained by the Exhibitor, BRB, the facility, GFHS sponsors or a visitor to the GFHS and their respective directors, officers, agents, representatives and employees for those for whom the Exhibitor is responsible in law.
