About this event
You are invited to The Leadership Challenge – Executive Overview that is being offered by the Alber Enterprise Center of The Ohio State University Marion on Wednesday, October 15, from 8am to 12n.
This is your opportunity to learn first-hand how you can ignite your team like never before! As a valued friend of Alber Enterprise Center, we are offering you a special price of 2 from the same business for $99. Please send me your contact information by calling me at 740-725-6330 or responding to this email at wilson.2025@osu.edu. (I prefer this rather than your using the link in the flyer.)
Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner wrote The Leadership Challenge more than 30 years ago and it has stood the test of time. Extensive research has been conducted by the authors to discover what is it that makes an exemplary leader. The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership serve as a roadmap for leaders at all levels – from the seasoned C-suite executive to the new supervisor that was promoted from the front line last week! Plan on joining us to discover how to:
ü Liberate the leader within and do extraordinary things!
ü Become an exemplary leader who takes action to achieve bottom-line results.
ü Apply evidence-based, data-driven tools to improve your leadership performance and transform leaders at all levels in your organization.
ü Exercise authentic leadership that is refreshing, compelling, and can change your organization!
ü Foster loyalty, buy-in, and trust to create an environment where innovation, ownership, and job satisfaction thrive.
James Franks, M.S. - Facilitator
With over 30 years of professional experience with IBM, Cisco Systems, Dale Carnegie, as a Dean and now partnering with Alber Enterprise Center, Jim has the breadth of expertise that can only come from actually doing it. He has made mistakes, grown and achieved executive level status. Jim would love the opportunity to begin a dialogue where he comes alongside you and helps you foster a healthy culture of trust, accountability and results. He is a certified, Co-Active Coach through The Coaches Training Institute.
I hope you are able to join us. We will have a continental breakfast waiting for you upon your arrival (and plenty of coffee & tea!). We look forward to seeing you on Thursday, October 15th!
