Chamber Community Calendar Call for Listings

The Chamber of Commerce, in our efforts to produce value added services to our members while supporting our community, has begun the design and development of a 2014 Wyandot County Community Calendar. 

The calendar will feature local photographers and businesses each month, along with business cards and local event listings.  The sale of the advertisement defrays the cost of development, design and printing.   A minimum of 3000 calendars will be produced and distributed free of charge to the community at the Wyandot County Visitors Bureau and Chamber booth during the Wyandot County Fair, September 10-15, 2013.
PROMOTE YOUR BUSINESS/SERVICE:  If you would like to promote your business please complete the form attached, email your logo and ad copy to UpperSanduskyChamber@gmail.com.  Space is limited so please do not delay.
ANNOUNCE YOUR EVENTS:  Calling all community, civic, church or youth organizations.  If you host events throughout the year, having them on the community calendar will give your event great exposure.  The calendar will also show your listing on the Chamber website/Facebook with a link to your website/Facebook for additional opportunity in reaching a larger audience.  To have event (s) in the calendar please include the date, time, location, and contact information.  Each event is $25, please call us for discounts if you have multiple programs or events you would like published.

PHOTOGRAPHERS:  If you would like to submit photos for publication in the calendar please submit to the UpperSanduskyChamber@gmail.com in JPG or Tiff format.  Include your name, name/description of the photo.  If we use your photo you will be given credit.

August 30: go to Press
September: Calendars ready for distribution
