·         Lt. Governor Mary Taylor toured J.L. Treharn & Co. Inc. in Youngstown (Mahoning Co.) where she viewed its operations and discussed how Kasich's proposed tax cuts would benefit Ohio small businesses.

·         In honor of the life and service of Toledo Mayor D. Michael Collins, Kasich ordered all flags be flown at half-staff upon all public buildings and grounds throughout the City of Toledo from sunrise to sunset through the day of his interment.
