Ohio job’s number above pre-recession level
By Randy Tucker
Ohio had larger job gains last year than previously thought, moving the state’s total employment higher than it was before the recession, according to revised employment figures released Friday.

Total employment in the state was 5.4 million in January.
“This is a national championship for those who have been out of work,” Gov. John Kasich said during a press conference today. “We are fully recovered. What a great message this sends to Ohio.”
