- Lt. Governor Mary Taylor unveiled the statue of Thomas Edison at the Ohio Statehouse, where it will remain until it is placed U.S. Statuary Hall in Washington, D.C. (Franklin Co.).
- Governor John R. Kasich and Taylor met privately with the families of Ohio service members who lost their lives while serving in the military (Franklin Co.).
- Taylor participated in the 131st General Assembly’s Joint Session Medal of Distinction Ceremony, as well as the Governor’s Wreath-Laying Ceremony to honor Ohio’s fallen heroes. (Franklin Co.)
- Taylor welcomed guests at Cedar Point’s Hotel Breakers’ grand opening ceremony in Sandusky (Sandusky Co.).
