Marion Palace Theatre Showing ‘The Peanuts Movie’ During Christmas Break

Marion, OH – Patrons are encouraged to celebrate the long holiday break and treat the kids to a fun and affordable family activity at the historic Marion Palace Theatre December 26 through December 30.

From the imagination of Charles M. Schulz and the creators of the ICE AGE films, the “Peanuts” gang make their big-screen debut in the newly released film, ‘The Peanuts Movie.’ In this animated comedy, Charlie Brown, the world's most beloved underdog, embarks upon an epic and heroic quest with his friends. While Charlie Brown sets out to prove that every underdog has his day, his best canine pal (the lovable beagle Snoopy,) takes to the skies to pursue his arch-nemesis, the Red Baron. ‘The Peanuts Movie’ is rated G and runs 88 minutes.

Movie-goers have several opportunities to see the film. Special show times for ‘The Peanuts Movie’ are as follows:

Saturday, December 26 at 2pm & 7:30 pm
Sunday, December 27 at 2pm & 7:30 pm
Monday, December 28 at 2pm & 7:30 pm
Tuesday, December 29 at 2pm & 7:30 pm
Wednesday, December 30 at 2pm & 7:30 pm

Concessions will be available and are reasonably priced. Items available for purchase include candy bars for $1 each and 20 oz. Pepsi products, popcorn and boxed theatre candy for $2 each.

Admission prices are $4 for all ages and $2 for current PCAA members presenting a valid membership card. Movie tickets may be purchased at the Palace Theatre door, 276 W.
