·         Governor John R. Kasich ordered all flags to be flown at half-staff upon all public buildings and grounds through the state of Ohio and at the Ohio Statehouse from sunrise to sunset until Saturday, February 20, 2016 in honor of the life and service of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.
