No gimmicks or quick weight loss secrets, just a dedication to get fit for life, optimize weight management, increase muscle, and get energized!
This challenge is about support and motivation. Exercise is not a generic on size fits all program, tailor it to you.
As part of this challenge you can expect to receive:
  • Detailed recommendations for the various components of the challenge addressing weight, trimming the fat, activity and other lifestyle choices.
