Leadership Wyandot | Class of 2027
Leadership Wyandot is a nine-month leadership development program designed to cultivate informed, engaged, and connected leaders throughout Wyandot County. Through immersive experiences, interactive discussions, behind-the-scenes tours, and meaningful connections with community leaders, participants gain a deeper understanding of the people, organizations, industries, and opportunities shaping our county.
Meeting one Thursday each month from January through September, the program explores local government, healthcare, education, workforce development, business and industry, agriculture, arts and culture, and nonprofit leadership. Participants also strengthen essential leadership skills, expand their professional networks, and discover new opportunities to make a lasting impact in their communities.
The program concludes with a graduation celebration, recognizing participants' commitment to personal growth, civic engagement, and the future of Wyandot County.
